Steps
Take 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a pan, heat it on high flame, and add the spices from the Spice Pouch(small pouch). Sauté for 30 seconds or until aromatic.
On high flame, Add 120g-150g of proteins (Paneer/Mixed Vegetables/Chicken/Meat/Fish) of your choice and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
On medium flame, Add the paste from the Paste Pouch(medium pouch) and mix well.
On medium flame, Add the contents of the Sauce Pouch(large pouch) and mix well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the protein is cooked thoroughly.
Once the gravy has simmered, serve hot and top with fresh cilantro, some cream and/or a squeeze of lime for an added burst of flavor!
